Top Drawer Development (TDD) was established in 1999 by founder Mark King as a highly skilled construction firm specializing in small to medium commercial construction projects. This has successfully occupied a niche in the market. Since its inception, TDD has expanded its services and geographical reach, now encompassing Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Western Montana.
Over the past two decades, TDD has primarily secured contracts through negotiated agreements for private businesses that do not necessitate bonding. TDD’s robust business practices and financial stability are supported by CBIC/RLI, which provides bonding services.  

Prior to founding Top Drawer Development, Mark King held twelve years of experience as a Project Manager for a prominent heavy industrial construction firm responsible for constructing power facilities, water and wastewater treatment plants, transmission lines, and mining operations across the western United States. Notably, a significant portion of these projects were state or federal prevailing wage undertakings that mandated Davis-Bacon certified wage requirements and full value payment and performance bonds.
